i have often thought about killing myself and everyone says i should go into therapy but how can i get into it?
if i ask my parents to put me into therapy then they would probally freak out.

and just for the record
my mom is a nurse and i wouldn’t know what she would do if i asked her to get me some “antidepressants” because she often freaks out about drugs because “she dosent want anything foreign my body

I’m sure your mother would want you to go to therapy if she knew you had thoughts of suicide.

You may not need to take anti-depressants for how you’re feeling; you should see a therapist first for a month or so before you decide you need meds. Sometimes talk therapy can be effective in managing depression.

One thing you can try is going to a teacher or a counselor at school, and telling them that you have thought of killing yourself, though you aren’t considering it at the moment, you would like to go to therapy, but don’t know how to tell your parents.

Another way to ask your parents about therapy is to tell them you have been experiencing anxiety attacks, especially when you think about your future, and that maybe you should go to counseling to learn how to deal with it…this makes it sound innocuous enough.

I really think you should tell your parents your real reason for wanting to go to therapy - of course they would want to get you the help you need.

We have found a sofa that want to buy. My only concern is if the back cushions are attached, will I be able to fluff them and keep them as even as loose pillows. Any ideas?

I have loose pillows - believe me, after you use it a few times, the pillows flatten and are mis-shapen. You can never get them to look good. The couch looks soooo old, especially sitting next to the loveseat which hardly ever gets used and still looks new. *sigh*
Usually back cushions that are attached have zippers on the bottom, you might want to check.

My 6 wk old son only sleeps in his vibrating bouncy seat. This is okay with me right now, but we are burning through the batteries! I saw that fisher price has a plug in swing, but it did not have a vibrate feature. He likes his swing, but since it doesn’t vibrate, he won’t sleep in it. Does anyone know of a vibrating bouncy seat or vibrating bassinet/sleeper or vibrating cradle swing (anything vibrating) that plugs in??? I would appreciate any ideas!!!

They sell a thing that vibrats that you can put in the babies crib under the mattress. You might want to try it.
